Section 3, Second Vice-President: The Second Vice-President shall, in the absence of both the
President and the First Vice-president, preside and perform the other duties ofth President. The
Second Vice-president shall be in charge of the use and upkeep of the kitchen and its equipment.
Section 4, Third Vice-president: The Third Vice-president shall be responsible for arranging
hostesses for the monthly meetings and special occasions.
Section 5, Secretary: The Secretary shall keep a correct record of the proceedings of all meetings
of the Fellowship and the Executive Board, reading them in their respective bodies. She shall
attend to all correspondence for the Fellowship.
Section 6, Treasurer: The Treasurer shall receive all monies and disburse the same upon the
authority of the Executive Board. The Treasurer shall see that the books of the Fellowship are
closed at the end of the fiscal year and ready for the annual audit.
Article VI, Amendments
Section 1, This constitution may be amended at any regular meeting of the Fellowship by a
majority of those present, provided the amendment has been proposed and presented in writing at
the preceding monthly meeting of the Fellowship.

Article I, Meetings
Section 1, The regular meeting of the Fellowship shall be held on the second Thursday of
the month at 10:00 AM in Sponsler Hall with the exception of June, July and August or
when changed by vote of the Executive Board.
Section 2, The Executive Board shall meet once a month prior to the Fellowship meeting.
Article II. Standing Committees
Section 1, The chairmen of the Standing Committees shall be appointed by the Executive
Board and they in turn shall select their members as needed.
Section 2, The duties and functions of the Spiritual Life, Material Aid, Christian Social Action
and Education Committees are fully described in the State Manual: .
Spiritual Life: This committee shall cultivate the spirit of Christ in all areas of human life
through worship programs, study groups and other effective ways.
Material Aid: This committee shall be responsible for providing needed supplies for missionary
and service institutions in the United State and overseas.
Share and Care: This committee shall provide leadership in helping people in our church and
community who are in need.
Education: This committee shall promote all phases of education through Women's Fellowship
programs and support church programs for children and youth.
Nominating: This committee shall present a slate of officers to the Fellowship at the April
meeting and present nominees as vacancies occur.
Ways and Means: The duties of this committee shall be to investigate and recommend
projects that may be used to help finance Women's Fellowship programs and projects.
Copper Fund; The Chairman of the Copper Fund shall send cards in case of illness to
members only and in the event of death, to the whole family.
Publicity: This committee shall be responsible for church and newspaper publicity for the
Fellowship.
Membership: This committee shall seek to enlist every woman in the congregation as an
active member of the Fellowship.
